This policy covers the MiraAssist website. Data that crisis centers handle inside the MiraAssist product is covered by each center's agreement with us, including a Business Associate Agreement, not by this page.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the business contact details you enter: your name, work email, organization, role, state, phone system, call volume and any note you add. We use them only to respond to your request and follow up about MiraAssist.

Please don't send caller or patient information through this website.

Who processes it

Demo requests are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship tool we use to manage them. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's standard request information.

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, email hello@miraassist.com.
